2/3 Vote Signed Into Law For Tax Rate Increases
Current Wisconsin law requires a simple majority to pass tax rate increases.
Governor Walker signed a bill on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, requiring a two-thirds vote to pass tax rate increases.
